Parameters:

namespace - value for _namespace key

 Map<String,?> contextLabels)

Create a MetricsContext with namespace, service or client properties

Parameters:

namespace - value for _namespace key

contextLabels - contextLabels additional entries to add to the context. values will be converted to string using Object.toString()
