Provides pluggable interface for capturing client telemetry metrics.

Interfaces

Class	Description
ClientTelemetry	A MetricsReporter may implement this interface to indicate support for collecting client telemetry on the server side.
ClientTelemetryPayload	A client telemetry payload as sent by the client to the telemetry receiver.
ClientTelemetryReceiver	ClientTelemetryReceiver defines the behaviour for telemetry receiver on the broker side which receives client telemetry metrics.
