Group Configs
Below is the group configuration:
consumer.assignment.interval.ms
The interval between assignment updates for a consumer group.
Type: int Default: 1000 (1 second) Valid Values: [0,...] Importance: medium consumer.heartbeat.interval.ms
The heartbeat interval given to the members of a consumer group.
Type: int Default: 5000 (5 seconds) Valid Values: [1,...] Importance: medium consumer.session.timeout.ms
The timeout to detect client failures when using the consumer group protocol.
Type: int Default: 45000 (45 seconds) Valid Values: [1,...] Importance: medium errors.deadletterqueue.copy.record.enable
When writing onto the dead-letter queue topic, whether to copy the original record onto the DLQ topic, or just write a record containing the context information headers.
Type: boolean Default: false Valid Values: Importance: medium errors.deadletterqueue.topic.name
The name of the topic to be used as the dead-letter queue (DLQ) topic for this share group. If blank (the default), the group does not have a DLQ topic.
Type: string Default: "" Valid Values: Importance: medium share.assignment.interval.ms
The interval between assignment updates for a share group.
Type: int Default: 1000 (1 second) Valid Values: [0,...] Importance: medium share.auto.offset.reset
The strategy to initialize the share-partition start offset.
- earliest: automatically reset the offset to the earliest offset
- latest: automatically reset the offset to the latest offset
- by_duration:<duration>: automatically reset the offset to a configured duration from the current timestamp. <duration> must be specified in ISO8601 format (PnDTnHnMn.nS). Negative duration is not allowed.
- anything else: throw exception to the share consumer.
Type: string Default: latest Valid Values: [latest, earliest, by_duration:PnDTnHnMn.nS] Importance: medium share.delivery.count.limit
The maximum number of delivery attempts for a record delivered to a share group.
Type: int Default: 5 Valid Values: [2,...] Importance: medium share.heartbeat.interval.ms
The heartbeat interval given to the members of a share group.
Type: int Default: 5000 (5 seconds) Valid Values: [1,...] Importance: medium share.isolation.level
Controls how to read records written transactionally. If set to "read_committed", the share group will only deliver transactional records which have been committed. If set to "read_uncommitted", the share group will return all messages, even transactional messages which have been aborted. Non-transactional records will be returned unconditionally in either mode.
Type: string Default: read_uncommitted Valid Values: [read_committed, read_uncommitted] Importance: medium share.partition.max.record.locks
Share-group record lock limit per share-partition.
Type: int Default: 2000 Valid Values: [100,...] Importance: medium share.record.lock.duration.ms
The record acquisition lock duration in milliseconds for share groups.
Type: int Default: 30000 (30 seconds) Valid Values: [1000,...] Importance: medium share.renew.acknowledge.enable
Whether the renew acknowledge type is enabled for the share group.
Type: boolean Default: true Valid Values: Importance: medium share.session.timeout.ms
The timeout to detect client failures when using the share group protocol.
Type: int Default: 45000 (45 seconds) Valid Values: [1,...] Importance: medium streams.assignment.interval.ms
The interval between assignment updates for a streams group.
Type: int Default: 1000 (1 second) Valid Values: [0,...] Importance: medium streams.assignor.name
The task assignor to use for this streams group, selected by short name from the assignors registered via the broker configuration group.streams.assignors. When unset, the group defaults to the first assignor configured in the broker's group.streams.assignors setting. Changing the assignor does not trigger a rebalance for the group; the new assignor takes effect on the next rebalance.
Type: string Default: null Valid Values: Importance: medium streams.heartbeat.interval.ms
The heartbeat interval given to the members.
Type: int Default: 5000 (5 seconds) Valid Values: [1,...] Importance: medium streams.initial.rebalance.delay.ms
The amount of time the group coordinator will wait for more streams clients to join a new group before performing the first rebalance. A longer delay means potentially fewer rebalances.
Type: int Default: 3000 (3 seconds) Valid Values: [0,...] Importance: medium streams.num.standby.replicas
The number of standby replicas for each task.
Type: int Default: 0 Valid Values: [0,...] Importance: medium streams.session.timeout.ms
The timeout to detect client failures when using the streams group protocol.
Type: int Default: 45000 (45 seconds) Valid Values: [1,...] Importance: medium streams.rack.aware.assignment.tags
List of client tag keys used to distribute standby replicas across Kafka Streams instances. When configured, and the used broker-side assignor supports it, it will make a best-effort to distribute standby tasks over each client tag dimension.
Type: list Default: "" Valid Values: Importance: low
